Returns Policy

At Top Drawer we wish to make your online shopping experience enjoyable. 

To ensure that all our clients are presented with quality merchandise, there are a number of simple steps to follow if you wish to exchange your purchase.

Unwashed, unworn and unused items in original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of the date of delivery (tracked). The item is to be in original saleable condition with all original tags and any sewn labels still attached.

The method of payment used to make your purchase must be presented, as any refund will be provided to you by crediting your original method of payment. If you have requested a refund, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order must first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

Top Drawer is unable to accept the exchange or return of underwear and undergarments due to change-of-mind for hygiene reasons.  

Returns or exchanges of online purchases are to be made by post. Return post will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. Top Drawer is unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges. We recommend that you return the purchase using registered mail as Top Drawer is not liable for the loss of an item being returned.
