What sort of payments are accepted by Top Drawer?

Top Drawer accepts payments by American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards and PayPal.
All prices shown are in Australian dollars (A$) and include GST. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow at least 1-2 business days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will process orders on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time. 

Shipping to Australian destinations is via Australia Post. For standard Parcel Post please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. If you elect to use Express Post, Australia Post estimates 1-2 business days for delivery. During busy periods or sales, delivery may take longer. All goods will be able to be tracked.

What is your returns policy?

Top Drawer understands that sometimes you need to return or exchange and we aim to make it as easy as possible for customers where this occurs. Please follow the link for our full Returns + Exchanges policy.

My purchase is a gift, do you gift wrap?

Every piece ordered through Top Drawer can be delivered expertly gift wrapped free of charge. Simply select the gift wrap option when you check out. Please contact us if there are any special requirements for your delivery and we will assist in any way we can. 

How do I receive special offers from Top Drawer?

From time to time, Top Drawer offers special sales and discounts to email subscribers and its Facebook followers. Sign up or like us on Facebook to make sure you never miss out. 

How do I use a promo or discount code?

To use a discount code, enter the code in the ‘Apply coupon/promo code’ box when you check out.

How do I use my Electronic Gift Voucher?

Enter the e-Gift Voucher reference and secret code at the last stage of checkout. Any outstanding balance can be paid with the other available payment methods. 
If you do not spend the entire e-Gift Voucher value in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be available on your account for future use.
